On the cactus world where you need 16 or so coins, when I died, the counter restarted but the coins didn't repopulate, so I have to restart the world.

Hey sorry about this, there is a bug with coins on that world, I will be fixing this later today! I just needed a break as I burnt myself out on fixing things right after release. Thanks a lot for your patience! EDIT: Had time to upload the fix now so it's up, 1.12 should have this sorted out!

An end game criteria would be nice, even if its just "You're grand lord. Continue playing and see how much money you can make!"
