The Unity crew can sue you for this. In the license for Unity, they say that all the downloadable content is free to use for NON-COMMERCIAL use. Kongregate is commercial as you earn money on the adds.
This game is SOO easy, I cleared all levels and took the hard badge within 2 hours. Just go for HP heavy unites and use Regen, it's tank and spank. If you can't out heal the enemy, go for 3 ranged DPS and 3 fast moving high population units. Place the ranged at a safe distance, and use the fast units to make sure the frontline don't move to your hero.
The game is too easy, go for the fastest guy, run around and dodge everything, run in circles around your enemies until they're all gathered at 1 point, and throw 2 grenades, do this for every level, until you can buy the Crusher RK-4, and pwn everything. When the boss comes, just buy the Vengeance.
Well, combining the work perk, with the same name, and same effect as in CoD is not a good idea, that's what Silberberg & Knull LLP said to me. But if you manage to keep the game only on kongregate, so it doesn't give 800,000,000 hits on google, it should be ok.
Really good work. I was totally amazed when I started the game, it has improved a lot, especially the menus (which is really great now) and the intro. The game itself has not improved that much since the beta, but I still like it. It seems like you've killed most of the bugs, which is good, but I still miss some content/features what was requested in the beta. Such as stuff on the map you can hind behind, that he feeds walk in the same direction that the players move, and a sprint button. It's also quite lame that the player moves faster diagonally than up, down, left or right. And finally, as I said, you should have made it in AS3, as everyone complains about lag. Turning the graphic quality on "low" is not the best solution. I suggest that you use more .png files for static objects, and read about the "cacheAsBitmap" property, it's really awesome! And finally, you should make the default mouse hide, you you only see the crosshair.

Sorry man, but until I finish school all I can work on is tiny games like this. All I've had time for this year is a demo and this game :/
