You can restart any campaign game, the exit confirm dialog should have the option "restart game".
As for why it’s not a mobile app yet, well it’s only me programming, and for art and audio I hire freelancers when i can afford it. I also have a full-time job so I simply have not had time to work on any mobile version yet :) I also still have a lot left to do with the multi-player part of the game, but I hope to start on an app in August (maybe).

There is still a huge gap. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Perhaps there can be an achievement of how long you'v waited between buying upgrades? Something like "Paint Drying" achievement that doubles profits or something. "The Grass Is Always Greener On the Other Side ... Especially When You've Watched It Grow For Three Days" achievement.
