my strategy (level 6 and up) is to create a huge army of paladins and archers, then, when im basically out of mana, just spam hobbits (who are fast) to run in front of them. the hobbits take the hits from the archers/totems/whatever, the paladins and archers are basically untouched, and massive amounts of pwnage occur.
