For 3.1, get the green key and then go up the ladder. You should be able to get past those piles of land and then get the blue key. Slide the dung ball or whatever it is to the left until it falls down. Those piles should give you a ladder to the red key.
It won't fall right for me though It just flys up from the wieght of the land mass
