I'm not usually a huge fan of RPGs, but this is one of the most engaging games I've played in a while. And considering it was built by one guy who calls himself a noob... I'm damn impressed. Keep it up, man.
love this series, but it would be great if there was an ability to expand staff. This is a cool refinement of Burgeria, you've definitely implemented some welcome changes, but I think there needs to be a bigger step up than just getting a weekly paycheck... At the very least, it'd be nice if your starred customers could just come in and order "the usual" or something, rather than have to sit there while they go through the whole order line-by-line.
Basically, there needs to be something, somewhere along the line, that lets you really scale up production. It feels really repetitive and pointless after a while without some major upgrade (like hiring a cashier or something) to look forward to--buying another meat timer doesn't cut it.
Fix the controls for walking around planets, fix the occasional interminable AI "thinking," fix the auto-scroll which whips the screen away from the action before the turn has ended (we want to see whether or not we finished the guy off!). Other than that, awesome, awesome game.
Great concept, love the music, but honestly, I didn't know helicopters used rubber bands to carry cargo. Go a little easier on the elasticity of the bands, and don't make me be so surgical in terms of how precise I have to be when I place cargo. Also, the ship level is possibly the most infuriating level I've every come across in a flash game (yes, I beat it, but I still wanted to strangle someone).
really fun game, but would benefit from increasing the difficulty a bit and giving users targeting options for each tower (target first enemy, last enemy, strongest, weakest, etc)... as it is, the towers seem to randomly target enemies within range, often ignoring enemies about to cross the threshhold while blasting away at enemies that are barely out of the gate.
nice, but desperately needs some sort of speed control type thing for the early rounds. i'm falling asleep over waiting to get through the first few rounds.
Love the game, but agree wholeheartedly with Vlyke615 about gaining more upgrade points for higher grades--high scores and personal pride and are great and all, but when I actually make it through one of these rounds without getting hit, I want more than one measly upgrade point for it.
