Maybe trying in a different browser? Internet explorer has really lag issues but I do recommend Chrome since it gives the best performance, but you could also try Opera or Firefox. that's the thing with web based games, I can't never be sure of the performance in all browsers since they may be different depending on the PC.
I found a Glitch in the final battle where some of my knights would get wiped to 0, but not "die" therefore i couldnt ressurect them either... so not a great glitch
