This game is awful. Ridiculous "puzzle-solving" is essentially guess work on part of the user. No way to accurately deduce where missing pieces are, how things match. Completely lazy game design that doesn't have enough rules to be called a legitimate game. Absolute garbage.
LOL, what's with all the hate? I thought it was just ok, but not as abhorrent as some people make it out to be. It borrows from a ton of other games: Canabalt, Braid, and even Meatboy. And the bosses are gimmicky, and they only semi-work. But I thought it was still fun, still worth 10-20 minutes of playtime.
To the people who say "games that advertise retail products shouldn't get badges"...what about the Dragon Age game?
The metaphors are easier to comprehend than Braid, that's for sure. And he actually wraps up the loose ends at the end, instead of leaving more questions and weirdness. Nice music too, reminds me of a Patton/Kaada CD I have.
Cool shooter, but I think absorbing powers should go faster if the enemy is already damaged. The fast-absrobing powers are the best ones to use, and there were times when I didn't even waste time absorbing powers vs. bosses. The powers hsouldn't run out of juice so wuickly either, especially during the dialogue or between stages.
I wish there was a quick retry button after you lose a level. It got annoying having to click my mouse just to re-enter a level again. The music doesn't loop, which is a shame because the best song is the shortest. Interesting platformer elements, but they become way too annoying in the last level.
Great physics based puzzle game. Are the physics in each area based on the discoveries of those civilizations? I don't know enough about science/history to tell. Sometimes a little bit too much based on time precision, but a little experimenting solved those problems.
