Add on to my last comment about the boss difficulty being too high: The denser patterns on the final boss aren't humanly possibly. I think you might have been trying too hard...
For the actual game, the stages are a bit too easy for a "bullet hell," while the bosses are done better but lean on cheap. Homing missiles with extra long targeting? When my screen is filled with shots? Overall fun, but the difficulty jumps too much from stages to the boss fights. At least we have regenerating health and 10 lives to balance it out.
The shotgun's lack of accuracy is way over-exaggerated. I'm not supposed to miss at point blank range and I'm not supposed to miss when there are 3 targets clustered together.

I'm amazed that Etterra has the gall to act bored when he has no intention of liking this game in the first place.
It's probably too late to ask, but it'd be nice if we could turn off lasers like we can with the miners. Sometimes THEL's take unnecessary energy from my reserves when the weaker weapons do just as well.
Fun game, but can someone explain "drone repair" and "drone repair rate" to me? It's not very clear, and the strategy guide doesn't explain the functions.
