If you want to get a song perfect, it requires nothing less than a lot of patience. You should follow these steps (assuming you already got gold):
1. Keep trying to improve your score as much as possible. Incidentally, you should also be trying to reduce the number of errors/misses you make during the song.
2. Eventually you should get to the point when you are making no more than 5 errors during every attempt. At this point you should be trying to reduce that number to 1.
3. When you are making no more than 1 error during most of your attempts, consider the song mastered. It is only a matter of time and chance when you will make the attempt when it will be perfect. I find it impossible to play a song perfect without playing it with 1 error at least 4-5 times.
If you're having trouble with a song you should keep playing it, each times trying to improve your score a little. If you play a song too much and it seems like you're not improving, it's because you are tired, but you are still improving. Next time, when you are fresh you will do better. So keep practicing and trying to improve. Pay careful attention to areas where are frequently making mistakes.
When the opponent is stunned he should just be forced to rest since that's the only thing he can do anyways to make the game go faster. ALSO when the timer is allowed to run to it's full extent it should be reduced by 1 second every time this happens down to 10 second. This is to make games when someone just leaves their computer go by faster, or less annoying.
Anyone who complains about the the attributes of certain characters, really just doesn't know how to use them right. This game is like chess, you gotta expect the opponent's move and make your move accordingly so you may strike at his weakness.
This has got to be the craziest game ever! I've been playing for a couple of months now and I'm only at 37 points and a 3 perfects. But I'm still playing and I love most of the songs especially the really fast and hard ones like Betrayal of Fate and SWiTCH
