this game was way too easy. for those of you needing the walkthrough, i understand your frustration, but seriously just think it through and you'll figure it out.
To those of you complaining that level 4 or 6 or other such rudimentary levels are hard, my 7 year old brother just beat the first eleven levels by himself. So... yeah, I guess what I'm saying is... that, maybe, just maybe, you might want to try your hand at a different game if you find those levels difficult. Great game by the way, 5/5 and faved.
Most of the levels were really easy and required no skill to solve. I really liked the original but this one disappointed. It's still good, but it's not great. 4/5
I beat it in 15 tries but then it took me back to the try again screen and said i lasted 61 of 60 seconds. then i beat it for real on try 16. weird. Still, I really likes the concept, it made me stop and think about what a minute really means and how quickly they add up. 5/5
Wow, finally beat the game. I think its greatest asset was its ability to draw the player in. Halfway through the game I felt as if I was personally defying the god and not just controlling a character in a game. I felt that I, and not the character, needed to best the god and achieve my goal. Few games can boast this achievement and the developers are to be commended 5/5 and faved,
As a historian (and now law student), I greatly appreciated this game for its historical purity. It is rare that you find such a perfect combination of entertainment and education. This game is great, from the Battle of Stamford Bridge to the Battle of Hastings, I loved it! 5/5 and faved.
The game is so well thought out and executed. It has just the right amount of frustration in it that by the end of the game you almost feel like you, personally, are going up against the spiteful god.
The graphics are great; the game play is challenging yet rewarding, the various elements of the game such as destabilization, weapons firing, ghost/medal challenges, and environmental elements all draw you in and create an interesting and entertaining atmosphere. I gave it a 5/5 and favorited.
I'm currently at wave 53 in endless mode and getting really bored because there is no challenge anymore. I have all of my walls upgraded and pickle guns everywhere. kinda pointless. Still, a very fun game.
BUG: If you surrender and restart there are inactive doubles of your deployed units from the surrendered round. also, the enemies start already at your base and will damage it before you can deploy. Anyone else experience this?
Interesting take with the comment bashing and all but there aren't very many. after a few rounds they get really repetitive. also, it took me about 10 launches before i ever hit anything besides a bee. too few objects in my opinion.
I'm not a stickler for graphics so that didn't bother me. I would have appreciated some skill being required in the game. maybe having to look for something, or puzzle solve. until the very end you could just randomly click and get to the next screen. all in all wasn't that thrilling. 3/5
