Darn. Well, I'll try to figure out what the problem is, but for now your best bet is to refresh the page and hit "Load Game". It'll load up the level you were on, and you'll still have all of your resources.
I assume you earned some resources from destroying enemies, and then transported the resources aboard your base? It's difficult to help with a problem if you don't give me enough information.
I've been wanting to add in the ability to customize keyboard controls, but I've been super busy and have never gotten around to it. Sorry! I hope I can get to it eventually!
