So, not sure why, but in order to get the Hard: Grand Champion badge, you of course need to meet the requirements, such as all stars and all challenges. Once you've done that, play any other map and beat it again. That will give you the badge. Also, my saved game only shows 84/90 Stars, but still allowed me to get all badges, I think there's a glich in the reporting on that part
