If you want to win easily at this game, just put some factories at the very bottom of the screen, upgrade them and then wait.
Trust me, there's a glitch down there, maybe only at 4th level tho
Down arrow key + Left or Right arrow key + A/Q (if both then the bullet time effect lasts shorter).
This combo will take out anybody in sight, making you almost invincible
