Most 'duels' do not require any tactics o rstrategy at all. A couple of beam turrets for protection and the rest are bombers. Lots of bombers. BOOMbers.
Also, the last achievement, 'play each stage 3 times' is grindy. To get it I'll have to play again through 12 missions (4 to 15). Got everything else without any trouble.
I find it a bit too easy: if you rush attack and critical as soon as you've done 4 levels normal all challenges are walk in the park ('cept maybe the second), and then only the last missions on gold are... not really challenging, but rather depend on how fast you can click.
Game is currently bugged: you must NOT attempt a level once it's been cleared to achieve a better result, that ends up corrupting your save file. Symptoms: missing 'Start wave' button.
Overall, the game is all too easy: earlier Protector games provide much greater challenge. Most maps here can be conquered using only one Uber-hero. And mages totally overpower range units, which are still better than melee. Only in a couple of maps did I ever use melee, and only when there were no flyers around.

Genious concept, great realization. Not as hard as it could have been, though ;) Also, some 'goal to achieve' and 'reward for all the troubles' (to add some immersion) would be MUCH appreciated.
