I do have a complaint. It seems you reset all of my progress, but that's not the main issue here ( I know it's Beta). I had earned close to 5,000 gems as well as bought at least 500. In the game notes it said that you would not reset the gems people earned/bought.
Well it was about the gems purchased with Kreds, we just can't recover the gems earned in the game - if the save file is lost we can't restore it. If you've lost the gems purchased with Kreds, please let me know.
I already finished the event, but I am sure there are MANY players who have not. When the event was first released there was a bug that prevented certain players from saving progress on the Christmas Adventure mission "Classics". That took about a day to fix, but delayed progress without compensation. I doubt players will get compensation for this broken unity error.
Alright, I found out where to get the rubies. Once you beat the game the first time you need to get the electric mage coupon to do up to mercenary level 7. On the 7th level you get rubies for completing it.
