Great game.. I have found very few thinking games of this level, in fact, i dont remember any anymore. Personally, i found this game extremely appealing (i gave it a 5/5).. The game shows how logical thinking could result in the loss of happiness. Just like how in real life, sometimes thinking too much about "life" leads to loss of happiness.. You summed it up nicely with Hume.. Finally, the story is nice, carrying the premise of the game well. It makes the player feel a little bit like the main character from Phi Brain, except the problems are deeper and logical. The biggest point i have is that "if" is not equal to "if and only if". Because of that, a few problems were more challenging than they should have been since i was looking for different answers. Overall, still 5/5 keep up the good work <3
very neat concept... nice music... alhtough i found a glitch.. in scene 5 memento mori, on the "N" like structure... the right column.. i switched dimensions an i ended up "falling" through the column.. so now im stuck inside the column.. plus R reset would help
i agree with the developer how boss 5 is easier and more predictable than boss 4.. boss 5 have some wayy overpowered moves, but atleast they're predictable/dodgeable.. took me awhile to beat boss 4.. the most annoying thinga bout boss 5, is when it has about 25% hp left and no armor.. it sends 2 orbs to follow you... this is where i find the green ship the best... 300+ focus and ridiculous focus regen... i pretty much use all my focus there.. still havent gotten the hang of the dodge patter for that one.. for equipment, i have the max green ship, 2 rockets (each with homing/split mod), 1 lasor(homing, acid) and 1 lasor(homing, affliction).. antimatter, 1 def lasor, and the warp thingy.. if you dont feel like charging the warp thing, 2 def lasors are good.. they save your life
omg... lolol nice game i particularly love the graphics.. its very artistic and beautiful... the trees are very nice.. love the particle effects.. especially for the slow cannon wiht the splash damage upgrade... the neat thing about that slow cannon w/ splash is that it upgrades all the bullets of that type into splash bullets.. the upgraded shield for the fast legs releases those same bullets in all directions when time runs out... and since the slow cannon also upgraded this bullet type, it creats a huge area of golden splash damage... its beautiful.. as well as really powerful

best story line.. amazing music.. fitting of the mood.. i love how the puzzles are structured giving you hints in the title.. i like the characters.. they have a lot of potential to be developed.. 5/5.. played the previous one too and loved it.. noticed the backward music too at the end.. that was really cool... just like how rick reversed time, the music reversed.. the storyline really reminds me of Fixation/Company of Myself... i like how as the story develops, it brings more and more of the character into light..
i would seriously recommend putting in time in developing the story right.. as well as finding the perfect music to accompany it.. this is what sells the game..

one idea for this game is playing as different characters.. maybe set up 1 or 2 other characters besides Rick. and as you play, you will switch control to the others.. Actually, lemme elaborate.. i dont want this game to be like those puzzle platformers where you switch characters.. what i mean is to develop other stories alongside Rick's. show some other perspectives.. maybe of someone who wants to hunt for the box for some personal goal.. and maybe one who knows the truth behind everything yet is conflicted about it.. The new characters dont have to interact with Rick, and personally i would like it better if they didnt. The new characters go on their own path.. just a potential recommendation that i would like to see happen... i do do some story writing (hence my recommendation)... but if you are up for it, or you have someone to help you, this is a great way to expand the game and have a fully rounded storyline.

well not really, but most of the problems can be solved making a thin spear w/ high torque spin..
this goes to show how in real life, you dont always need complex tools designed only for a single type of job.. that sometimes, a generic item such as a stick, when used properly can be utilized as a tool in many situations... good job.. nice game.. i played htis along time ago and beat it.. just revisited it today
the only problem i have with the game is the terrible controls.. they're not very responsive especially the jumping.. the controls really take away from an otherwise great game
holly shit... amazing story.. its been years since ive seen a game with a story like this.. the story is almost onpar with old RPGs ive played as a kid.. props to the writer... music was definitely there.. serene and peaceful.. fitting of the theme where ppl sleep on clouds. nice job on html5.. it was very smooth.. finally, i might be wrong, but the bringer of destruction, i think, is that girl.. that's why they dont want her to regain her memories.. just my 2 cents
the only problem i have with games like these is the lack of variable jumping.. ie where if you hold down the mouse key or button a little bit longer, then you reach max jump height.. but if you tap the key/button or a short hold, then you will do a small hop or a medium jump..
lolool... i love how you tie up the time travel one.. .you get to view the scenario from both the perspective of the old man and the young time traveler
epicness of the story, or significance of the machine: if you can create reality, then whos reality are we living in... can we even escape it? if so, how? that first karl may not be real, in a sense, but to the mind, it is real.. but not real to the other karl... oh wells, just my 2 cents
