The thing you *should* worry about is how the poison suddenly disappeared from everything after you've finished the puzzle. That's the real mystery. And how the box suddenly disappeared.

About the kids hiding "in the plants" not getting poisoned: obviously they didn't touch the plants, they were just hiding underneath the pots.

@jacob99503 You might be onto something there, but I don't think it's exactly right. Sent makes clear it is his intention to let some of the costentants leave. This means everyone has a chance to survive. SPOILER WARNING: The garden was designed to let Beth volunteer to stay there and die, but she was entirely free to leave as she got to her senses, even allowing her to continue her life happier, probably. Same for Rae, he could choose to take the pills and die, but the sword from the beyond the green door can be used to cut off his arm and free him, which might even help decreasing his ego. This would also explain why Sent wanted you to pick the green door first, it has to be open to get the sword. I wonder, though, what had happened if I had picked the red door first...

@MatthewR286 Play the sequel, with a small amount of extra features it makes many game mechanics much clearer. Most importantly it has a turn order bar. Y'know how comes that your mage attacks much less frequent despite having way higher speed? It probably keeps casting big spells, which put it WAY further down the bar than a normal attack would. That they don't start in the same order is because the starting position of everyone (allies and enemies) is random and in the lowest third of the bar (approximately). Damage is "wonky" because there also is resistances and weaknesses you need to keep in mind. Plus some creatures have higher defense/magic defense than others.

On English mistakes, I personally only *noticed* one (but wasn't really paying attention) which would be that you've spelled "renowned" as "renowkned", which probably was just an accidental typo, I'd imagine. Great game though! Definitely gonna play the rest of the series. :)

@Imrahilion I deeply agree on level 19. But my colorblindness (strong deuterian) doesn't affect the percieved difference between red and blue, so 13 wasn't a problem for me. 19 practically screws over almost every kind of colorblindness though, I guess.

Wow. One of the most standard game concepts, poorly executed. The money grind for ANY upgrade starts at like level 3, limited freedom in ship design, poorly explained upgrades resulting in incorrect decisions ruining the entire game, e.g. it's unforgiving to tiny mistakes (if there even is a proper way at all, I'm not even sure) and lastly it got me bored right off the bat. 1/5 would've rated lower if I could.

@Aeros2 Even if you did, the settings allow you to turn off the moving background and the flashy effect on destroying a beam. I did this to help me focus - I'm somewhat oversensitive to visual (and auditory) stimuli. @SevereFlame The idea for a strafe mode is a neat one, but I'm glad it wasn't included. It would make it less difficult to get higher scores, resulting in higher 3-star requirements and dev scores, ultimately remaining at exactly the same difficulty - when you're playing with a mouse. Since any implementation of the strafe mode involving the mouse controls already present would be incompatible with laptop trackpads, so any gamer who doesn't have access to a mouse, like me, would be completely screwed as the game would require you to have one. This really is one of the few games with mouse controls that is touchpad friendly, and that's one of the main reasons I love it.

Uhm, I made a typo. You'll have to increase your high score by 10 on every level, on average. Still, far from easy, and definitely going to take quite some time. The impossible badge is entirely justified in it's difficulty.

If you're at 120 stars, you're likely going to around 2.2k points. These 800 points you still need means increasing your high score on every level by 20 on average. This obviously is far from easy.

@Zorblak The problem you described isn't impossible in dark world mode. Since your blue ball movement eventually becomes a sine function perpendicular to every axis while the beams move with constant speed, it is never truly impossible to hit all the lines in a situation similar to the one you described. I can imagine impossible situations for dark world unit circle (which also apply to light world unit circle) but they would be even rarer than the situation you described would be in light mode. It sounds like you're just having bad luck on unit circle, and that sucks, but bad luck sucks on every level that can even get to impossible situations.

@dorestes I'm sorry, I might have worded my comment incorrectly. Dark unit circle isn't an easy one to get three stars on - but no dark world levels are. I can understand that it takes many attempts, that's because it takes some getting used to. Once you get used to it, it's not that hard anymore. And the high requirement is what makes it hard. But you do have a point, dark worl unit circle is one of the harder ones to get three stars on (though it doesn't even compare to Dark Chromatic Scale imo, but that might partially be because I'm colorblind with almost every color (and for me, those colors sometimes get pretty close) xD #GiveChromaticScaleAColorblindMode)

To add to my previous comment: In dark world, Icy Hot Balls and Fading Lines both have a higher 3-star score than Unit Circle. For good reason, since they're the only two dark world levels easier than dark world Unit Circle. The high 3-star score is really the only thing that makes Unit Circle seem hard. Also, I named just two examples of modes for which Unit Circle is a great strategy. Full list would be: Light World: Busta Line, Guardian, Beam Ball, (Unit Circle), Fading Lines, Stutter, Flash Attack, Chromatic Scale. (True Colors as well, although moving towards the lines to check the colors can help there as well) Dark World: Fading Lines, Flash Attack, True Colors. If you're good at Dark True Colors, you can also take take the Unit Circle approach to Wall Ball on both modes.

Unit Circle has a higher 3-star score because it's the EASIEST level of all. The controls are both simple and force you to use one of the best strategies for both busta line and guardian _perfectly_ (assuming light mode). You keep both balls in the middle of the screen always, making it so that you always have more than enough time to respond to each beam that appears, and the blue ball takes care of itself so you only have to decide how to move one ball. In dark world I would still argue it's easier once you get used to it.
