Transparent Swords and Golden Swords have a particularly low drop rate. You need high or max AW Increased Item Drops and you need to kill fast. Is around 1 in 5000 kills for a drop at default chance and 1 in 800 with capped AW Item Drops.

This is actually amazing
(page 4of4) You literally have in your hands in single player version of a full raid MMO.
This game frequently feels tough, it was designed that way. It's going to require some commitment on your behalf to really crack it open. But it's worth doing. There is a very good game hidden behind all those walls you are constantly going to be facing.
Try not to be discouraged by memory leeks and game glitches, at the end of the day it's just a browser game and a forced save and page refresh is usually going to solve those issues for you.. usually :(
Make sure you export you save file at least once a day and when you are faced with grinding those must have super rare Artifact drops at T6/7/8+, don't be afraid to cheat a little and run the game in more than one browser tab O.o
There's one last piece of advice i have for you, try to think outside the box. The guides often only shows a sliver of what you can do with your raider's.
Good Luck! you are going to need it.
(page 3of4) All of this was fairly common knowledge shared among Kong chat which is now a relic sadly but that doesn't stop you from making these discoveries on your own. If you are really struggling - and you frequently will, you can search among top comments for various links to external player made data sheets. Bear in mind, and particularly the raid guides - are only guides, many players were able to clear various raids with much less than the recommendations.
Most people should be able to clear up to WAIR 90 or so before Obsidian req's become so high that the game is literally on full idle for week's at a time (around when I have personally chucked it in) but as you clutch at straws and grind and reconfigure your raiders and innovate new strategies to give yourself a new edge the game becomes extremely rewarding (right up till you face the next boss haha).
(page 2of4) for example being able to keep 100% uptime on Bulwark for you tank/s (Combat speed is amazing and old players frequently used a Burning Seal - yes one of your best early game warrior dps weapons to achieve this in early game. Later it's done with buff duration from AA's and Blessing enchantments and WAIR's since enchantments additionally gain potency from WAIR's as well as combat speed on your gear) faster cooldowns on Hail of Arrows (another game changing mechanic which is why gold does not scale much by map progression - Hail of Arrows every 3-4 seconds are nearly as fast as mobs can spawn in and the speed at which you are making kills essentially controls gold scaling itself) or 100%+ crit on fire mages not only proc'ing double fireballs on every cast but having more than 100% gives a chance for additional fireball so at 120% crit a 20% chance of a third fireball or 3 fireballs at 200% crit! - Mad!
(page 1of4) This might be my third or forth play through, not that iv ever finished all the raids. Late game is grindy in a very extreme sense (Raid Tier 11+).
I've read some of the comments here and a many of them are borne out of inexperience. Meaning, the person hasn't given enough time to find the workarounds.
There's a good reason this game has over a million plays.
In almost every raid bracket there are new methods to employ your gear and abilities in ways that are total game changers,
so killed first boss before i started crafting Lactuca and the recipe has disappeared no where to be seen. im guessing thats not supposed to happen? no idea what happened to the rest of the tutorial either since that vanished along with it
Weird, that shouldn't happen. I'll look into it -- feel free to PM me your save here or on discord and I'll see if I can sort it out for you in the mean time.
you cant have more than a birds eye view. buy a hero slot from Keep upgrades, then click on the little box that appears in the top right of your screen. the game has several bugs but its playable if you avoid large missile sprites (mage) although you can still play a mage party if you are prepared for reloads each time it crashes, pretty much the same answer for everything that can go wrong in this game - refresh page. so if you cant get a response from clicking that little hero slot - refresh. enjoy :)
personally i love this game, such a shame the dev chucked it in
