Every comment that came up, was right in a certain sense. Although, some things may actually be the developer's fault, meaning that it gets rated lower. Things like unexpected lag, when your computer is really good, and not putting a mute button in. The whole point is that if a game has been well thought out, runs smoothly is good and will get rated higher. But if it is "just another tds" it may just be that. Just think about the whole picture before rating a game, and I'm pretty sure that is the message wanted to be conveyed.
