There is, but it is somewhat technical. Just find the savefile on the old computer (use the Backup Help in the main menu if needed), then copy it to your USB drive or email it or something, then on the new computer, paste the savefile to the appropriate location (again, use Backup Help if needed). The pasting must be done when the game is not open.
