I killed Clive on hard...No badge.
Even weirder, before I killed Clive the acheivement was checked, but I still didn't get the badge.
Basically, after I killed him, no change.

What I see is alot of contraversy
Some say it's there, some say it's not, some say it's in the update, some say it's in the latter update.
The earlier comments were of no help whatsoever. I just thought that since the gold shop was listed in the updates, it would be there.
But like you pointed out, it's not. Apparently a blank line serparates what's there and what's to come.
