i noticed in the garage some of the names and ?'s are different colors. are there different rarities? are the harder to spin? are different colors actually somehow better?
It is a fun game but it doesn't take long to advance as far as you're going to and hit a wall on the daily track. I think if you allowed more playable tracks at once it would keep people playing longer each day. As for the "duplicate car" complaint everyone has; maybe if you spin a car you own, it could unlock a different color for that car.
I loved the first 2. The first thing i did was read top comments. decided it's not worth playing. i'm not a fan of grinding with no or little progress and even less of a fan of ads built into my game.
Life cycle of a derp: Derp is born, Derp becomes King. New Derp is born, old king gets bumped to baker. Next New derp is born old king becomes baker, older king gets bumped to soldier and fights until killed.
I don't understand how you rationalize the mechanic for "workers" I thought it is a party of adventurers deep within a cave, not a village or civilization. where are these workers and their huts?

It is rarity. They are more rare the further to the right that they are.
