Btw unlike someone said, there IS a cap to ressources. I've tried to gather as much food as possible to combine a perk point, but at 99.99% you can't go further. Even worse : if you open an adventure chest once the cap reach, all ressources above are lost !
a few hours completing every quests... then a 24h gap 'cause attack skill blocks you for the next area requirement and isn't used in any area but the second one...
Simple yet really good game :) Btw what's that arena medal "use each spell times" ? I used them all way more often, even in a single survival, without unlocking it.
Now for the bad points : this originality isn't matching with the simplicity on our own side. The weapons are really basic and limited, with tiny upgrades barely noticeable. And the cooling system loses its interest by the fact you're already limited to something straightforward. It lacks many weapons (Retro-shooter players love having numerous hitting options ! Wide spread bullets, rear/sideshots, energy waves, chain lightning, quicker or swarm missiles, straight or homing lasers, a real screen nuke.. There are tons of possibilities ^^ And ofc the possibility to use more than 2 at a time, where cooling system would become more logically restraining). Also a bit shorter lvls (allowing for a bit more areas, also inducing more opportunities to unlock other weapons, slots..) 'cause they're a bit long. I'd say you've done the hardest part which isn't present in most other games, but sadly lack the basics. good work though, hope you'll improve ;)
Maybe a year late, but still wanted to share my thoughts :) This game really has a solid base. And unlike dozens of scroll shooters, there really is much originality on enemy side ! All bosses, installations, different patterns and weapons, everything going not only on sides/in front/behind us , but also at multiple lvls above or below like a 3D game in a 2D game ! Also all the interaction between enemies to destroy and the rest of the scenery. You're never sure when you have to shoot ^^ (2nd part of the comment comming, was too long :p)
I'm not sure how it works.. On achievments, I got some friend's help (purple automatic clicks, right ?) but I'm still at 0/500 for helping friends... If I click while they're clicking as well, they should receive it as well, no ?
Other bug ? When Energy Shield is active, if you get a skill refresh power up and have enough energy to re-activate it, you'll have (useless) double shield sucking twice more of your energy...
