Eh...I really don't think this game was worth giving badges, personally. But then again I really don't care for the obnoxiously cute art style, it makes me die a little inside, and thats saying something.
Could use some kind of shield restoration pick-up. The beginning of the game with only two or three health points for the entire level (though the levels are always very short), plus frequently spamming enemies, usually makes one wrong move seal your fate.
Great game otherwise.
Food for thought, if melee is so useless, why do I keep winning when using combonations of all three types of attack, depending on the situation? Hmm? Think about it.
Please rate this comment up so players new to the Protector Series can get an overview of the different abilities that aren't quite easily understood in this wonderful game.
1.) Debuff: This makes the effected enemy take more damage from all attacks.
2.) Consecration: This makes the unit do bonus damage to enemies that have the attacking units element as their strength. (I.E. Physical Paladin against Physical strengthed unit, Paladin does XX% more damage than it would without Consecration.)
I would put all of them, but the character count prevents me.
(Also, wouldn't let me put it all in one comment) Yes, I know the protectopedia is not done, but give the creator a break, he probably just finished the game, all except the protectopedia, which given the immense amount of units currently in the game, the protectopedia would be very, -very- long and time consuming. Most likely the creator is working on this currently, and will add it in a later update. And no, the game does not encourage you to power level certain heros, you're much more efficient and strong if all your heros are at nice level standings, not just two or three.
SittenSpynne, melee units are not useless. Melee units do the most base, straight out of the box damage than any other type in the game. If you have trouble with flyers, just get a hero with archers, flying units are then just cannon fonder. See, Melee units are damage dealers, Mages are elemental damage dealers, and ability users, Ranged units usually either go for winged units or just general power against armor. Though, Ranged units tend to be weaker than most of the other types without leveling up.
Fantastic game. Simple to understand but complex enough to be fun. Some of the combos are a little iffy, but I understand that was probably nessecary. 5/5, well done!
