Rewbel, you might have missed the opportunity to switch to the HARD level where for sure moving only is not enough to solve the puzzle
AdamDa, you're right: the game is finished when you see the whole picture. If you wanna make it harder, try the HARD difficulty. That's almost a completely new game: not only moving but also rotating is needed to solve the puzzle.
