For everybody who's complaining about not knowing what the upgrades do, maybe look at the help instead of complaining. Reading ain't that hard people...
Great game. Only complaint is that I run it on a slower machine. Game seems to slow down after a few waves/levels, but then randomly speeds up. Maybe there's a way to run the garbage collector more often or clean up unused items (like dead enemies).
One minor annoyance. It doesn't make sense that if you click a lower section of a tower, you can't select upgrade, you have to choose the top section. It seems that if you're upgrading the whole tower, the whole thing should be selectable.
It would be great if you could re-order your armies. I'd like to keep units I move more often at lower numbers. I find that I move my archers much less often than the spearmen. Or even better, let us group units into numbers (or letters). So I can hit A for all archers. Or Q for a group of swordsmen + spearmen. Also, on the squads page that shows which upgrades I can afford would be nice (like a little star next to some units armor or weapons icon).
It would be fun to add achievements to each level, like killing all bosses, not taking damage, not using a special power, etc. Would definitely add replay value. So would an increased difficulty setting.
