Supersmash, the API is the Nonoba API, which allows for Multiplayer, but has a problem with the Lobby button. Read the whole thing, it says that removing the API would make it a singleplayer game.
What's the point of cash? It seems like you're allowed to buy guns/blunt objects if you just for the first time played and have beaten the first level... but you cant.
