6.3billion infected with bacteria that causes fever, hypersensitivity, and edema but ZERO deaths...on the realistic setting..nonsense sorry but this game sucks
need to balance madagascar and some more realism in gov't response especially to pandemics with zippy danger to deserve a better than average rating

multiplayer is great...or would be if people didn't quit eveytime they begin to lose. Ruins the game so have to give a poor rating.
