The medium badge decription is misleading - it is not gonna happen in a single week.
It's taking many many days of loading this thing only to see, there is still nothing happening.
Great atmosphere, idea and music. Combinations make sense and are not out of place. And the best of all, the game really makes you interested in the story. It makes you want to investigate. Brilliant game design and storytelling so far.
And the opening was just beutifully intense, got me hooked in straight away.
Unfortunatelly it has the most frustrating shortcommings of point and click, i dont want to spoil so ill be kinda vague:
- clicking on one item several times to pick it up
- knowing what you need to do, having the right item, but still have to go somewhere or do something totally unrelated to unlock the action (cat food)
- knowing what to do, having all items at the proper place and proper time, but the area you have to click on to is off (that bloody lynx)
Its just about luck and nothing else, not even close to RPG or adventure. You just press one button untill you either win or lose.
On the other hand beautifull graphics and sounds. Lots of hard work killed by stupid gameplay model.
nice idea, beautiful looks, catchy game as hell ... just waaaaay too random, no skill required, no learning curve, no nothing, just watching random stuff happen
also I am quite sure there must be more to japan than ninjas, sushi and hamsters ... straw hats maybe ...

Nice game, I can see the amount of work and care it took. Unfortunatelly the keyboard movement control totally ruined it for me. Allways getting stuck behind rocks(or behind nothing at all), moving in counter-intuitive directions. If there was movement by mouse or possibility to switch orientation of the keys that would be way better. As it is I gave this game up after 15 minutes.
You must have had an interesting childhood if it inspired you to make game about tree-climbing teleporting fox who is fightin some monsters to go hunt for mushrooms :D
But great game, nicely done and kinda pleasant and relaxing.
