I found myself just clicking randomly around to find valid combinations. I really miss some hints that gave you an idea of combinable elements. Some kind of guide, like short quotes, just to give you a hint. Just trying all possible combination is quite frustrating and doesn't make this a neither a challenge, nor does it really make it a game.
I think the XP calculation is somehow misbalanced. Whatever I'm doing, I always get 1 point at least. And then, the races can well compete with the most boring tv shows on earth, as there is no benefit for starting a race without having maxed all your skills before, what makes you always the winner. Sorry to say this, but this is one of the most ridiculous games I've ever seen.
I started with a fire mage, focusing only on enhancing the fireball you start with, and found the game quite easy. Nonetheless I liked the idea of combining a shooter with RPG elements. Some more levels would have been nice, maybe even some levels that focus on the powers of fire, ice or holy magic.
Nice game. For my taste it turned out to be quite easy in the upper levels - they were large, but only time-consuming, not really challenging. I found that I would like to switch faster between draw and x-out mode. The switching between draw and drag mode could be optimzed as well. I liked the levels with many colors most, by the way. :)
