a worthy sequel, I'm not dissapointed at all. also, I don't have any lagging issues (lucky me). like somebody said before: what's up with no story wrap at the end? I expect to be praised and see some fireworks after all the hours I put into defending those gems!
Finally - thanks guys, this is awesome. But wait, where's the colour scheme gone? Surely the add-ons didn't use to be all blue in the original version?
Excellent "best of" assembly of all the TD games I enjoy - well done! One thing that irks me a bit though is that the countdown till next wave seems a bit hectic (that's not seconds, even on regular speed, that's seconds on speed!) and that there's appears to be no short cut to start next wave. On a positive note: Thanks for the upgrade alerts update! And finally: where's the badges, kong? And (@STORMALLIGATOR): only 12 levels? Oh, come on, throw a couple more in! Pretty please?
I admit I hate having to pick up goodies with my mouse, but seriously: First you spend time and effort to make the nasties individual and creative. Then you make sure nobody has a chance to appreciate your artwork because the players are busy picking up gems and poles and stuff. You shot yourself in the foot there... Otherwise: Cute game, nice change from the food theme!
Dealing with people stuck in a shop for days: Destroy the shop and thus set them free :)
Then just rebuild the same shop in the same spot. All good.
P.S. Didn't notice any adverse effects from having people stuck, I just felt sorry for them. There's only so many days you can exist on ice cream alone without going insane ....
noticed a bug here: when I play as "guest" and am not logged in on kongregate, everything works fine. as soon as I log on, monkey money is gone and no new money awarded. rank information stays. log out again - money reappears. strange that ...
So the same people who clamour for a presidential suite clog up the laundrette because they're too cheap to use the hotel's services? Interesting and horribly like RL. Also, zig-zag elevators FTW (you got to keep them moving, moving :)
I wish there was an option to turn off the "hints" at the bottom. Leave it to the player to figure out that 3=2+1 and 5=4+1 or 3+2. Takes a lot of the challenge out of the game, actually it removes (imho) 80% of the calc and turns it into almost a plain old sudoku. Such a shame.
really nice game, but one thing I don't understand: the aging hippie has a 5% chance to do what exactly? seems like he has no special ability, yet they give you this probability in his stats. little bug or am I missing something?
sorry for the late reply. we will fix that in the future installment. for the time being its not possible to do it. thanks for the input :)
