Grenades need a shorter range, or the play area needs to be bigger.
A german grenadier needs to be on the map for about three seconds before he can wipe out huge amounts of my soldiers. This is broken, please fix.
Would also like to see why soldiers do what they do...
I had one guy who was just wandering around aimlessly. Not a medic, just some wandering dude.
Weird
Needs an ingame menu so that when things are hopeless, I can restart without reloading the page.
Also needs to be able to tell soldiers to move to where there is a dead body.
Also needs to have information popups that DO NOT get covered by the icons. If I can't SEE IT, it ISN'T INFORMATION.
A "Run" command would be nice for medics and such. I really don't need them to be able to aim, just to fix people.
Needs a fast-forward, I think.
This game is slow, frustratingly so.
Savegames, the ability to restart levels.
Air enemies would be good, especially if units did damage to land and air enemies, but did more damage to one than the other. Maybe have tougher enemies, but give your troops an attack arc rather than a line.
HP on enemies is too low; unit damage is also too low. If a unit is doing 3 damage at a time, increasing that to 4 or 5 is a MASSIVE boost. Increasing 30 damage to 32 damage is a much smaller difference and lets you have units with more levels.
Units with 1-square attack are no good in a game with 3-square paths.
I hate to just call a game this well-produced "bad", but the "game" part of the game just really isn't there, y'know?
Maybe talking to some of the people who make the better TD games directly would help you.
Keep on trying though, you really are nearly there with this one.
Yeah... Clicking on the "menu" button in most games just brings up a menu.
Well done for removing *that* pesky feature and instead having the "menu" button take you back to the main menu, resetting your game. No seriously, that's a *great* idea. And without warning the player either.
Fabulous.
