For me, when I pressed the replay button when I did not finish the game, it turned black. But when I press the replay button when I finish the game, it works just fine. [Using Google Chrome, Windows 7].
It would be nice to have building upgrades. Like in Cookie Clicker. Another achievement idea would be to get a universe breach, but only getting exactly 1 of every building.
I noticed I graphical glitch in the Symbol Designer Badge's description. The last 3 words ("Need more words?") are overlapping the rest of the description.
10 in Binary is 2 in decimal, so is that the reason why you made it a choice between "two" objects?
Maybe make the sequel called 100, where you get a choice of 4 objects (4 in binary is 100).

Good thing i had reactive Armour, because either the box gun destroyed it, or it was a biter I did not see coming (but biters are easily visible, so the box gun must have shot me).
With all of you asking "What's the point of armor points?", it could be a new feature they have yet to add. It was published in 2012-8-16! It takes some time to perfect games, esspecially complex ones.
