Needs polish. The introduction is written in appalling English. The items in the inventory need a textual description (is this a piece of chalk? a cigarette? a roll of paper?). Navigation is awkward. You should really let someone test your games.
I can't get to level 1 at all. The big play button starts the intro slide show, and when it is done or "skip" is pressed I get the menu. From the menu the play button starts the slide show again, and in "levels" level 1 does not respond to clicking it. It does make a clicking sound.
Devs: I still can't get past level 3_1: http://imagebin.org/225693
Same issue as my earlier comment. Buggy clipping; invisible horizontal wall, transparent vertical wall.
Game isn't too hard, but which part of the objects in the room respond to interaction is not always clear. Visually, the environment feels fake, like a cheap Chinese replica of a Swiss cottage.
The developer should get someone to proofread the English text in the game. The bad English detracts from the game play.
We just uploaded a new version with static controls. Left and right map to clockwise and counter clockwise respectively. Up for jump is a good idea, we'll add that to the next update. Thanks!
Could have been a great game, but only the early levels are actually fun to play. The later levels don't give you enough time to build defenses with the many blocks you have.
My complements for creating such an elegant and pleasant game using modern web-techniques. It works perfectly in Firefox 13 on Linux (Ubuntu here) as well.
As a professional web-developer I applaud your decission to simply make a great game, using only the open standards available in any modern browser. It's great to see that not everything on the web needs to limit itself because of the lowest common denominator known as Internet Explorer 9 and lower.
Anyone, on any OS can install an up-to-date Firefox or Chrome. It sure beats Flash. Better performance too.
WOW! You are the first one I think who not only html5 don't bother but was the additionaly value. Great to here it because our next game will be probalby in html too :-) Our game now is something like exclusive title for "top modern browser" :-) But I really really like the way people just love their browsers almost like the game consoles :-)
Sorry. I Have fixed it, probably... Thx.
