@dakari777 it makes the accelerator better and gives free accelerators. resetting is a pain but it does make a huge difference in the long run. I would get enough diamonds to buy the stuff you need and then start doing runs to raise the accelerator boost. Eventually it will not be an issue due to boosts from transending
@Gniller How will that newest change work if i am running the game on multiple windows of chrome doing build testing to see how they run over the long term?
Valid question. I'll get into a bit of the technicalities here. In the case of Chrome, the page is actually just throttled, not fully disabled. This means it updates every 3-5 seconds instead of the 20 times per second it does when active (that's how often the game normally updates). In the case of being throttled, ALL time between ticks is added to offline time, and one action is taken. This action can, and most of the times will, trigger a save. This also means no actual time is lost, if you check the tab about once an hour.
There should be a way to sell your unit upgrades. Different builds will want different things maxed out. While other upgrades such as overkill may actually be a detriment
Doing some late game testing and the Blessed bonus does not scale enough to make it worth ever using. It will only net few hundred to thousand floors which will make absolutely no difference when getting up to e10+ floors. At that point even the paladin buff is useful but only due to it being passive buff unlike the blessed bonus.
My runs are now pushing 30 minutes each and every prestige due to how high of a floor I need to get to compared to how small my floor skip bonus is. I am at 52 points into floor 20 (so not nearly worth prestiging) with a floor skip of 3.24e6 and a max floor of almost 4e9. The floor skipper needs to scale a bit better for the higher tier of play
@maverick you would add a base to the dynamic multiplier so you dont try to buy a high prestige when you would only gain a 2x multiplier when you really need stuff that it 1e100+ to make it worth spending those points.
@Aerovium That would not work due to how the game scales. You get to points of having 1e1000000000+ levels so there is no way to display that level of numbers other than scientific or engineering notation
Liking being able to set the prestige level per layer. It will make it so there is more variability in possible builds. It would be nice to be able to sync the minimum buy with the auto buy for each of the floors since we can now put them all at different levels
@brakencloud What information would you like on the prestige layers? You reset all of the points spent in a lower level when you upgrade a higher one and the stats between layer are multiplicative and starting at layer 3 the layers give a base upgrade to all stats without having to spend points.
@Hauji once you get to layer ~6 it tends to move more towards pure dps and once you get to late game tanks are useless... Level: 5.02e65275255 that is what i am at currently and with the scaling i can 1 shot the entire floor and then the next floor i cannot do anything
@Hauji The Bloodrage Trinket is actually super flipping useful. You can just drop 1 point of armor into your damage dealers and quite quickly get up in floors. When you are at a higher level you dont use tanks just dps so putting points into the trinket allows you to get to your max level way quicker and the single point of damage lost doesnt do anything for you due to enemy scaling. The ranger upgrade is the one i find to be completely useless
@JohnnyJohstneft You can just re-do the stats of your heroes to have your tank up front.
@wahidmmo1991 You should save up your points for higher layers until you have at least a few before spending. The higher layers reset the lower ones.
@skillsaw The prestige counter is likely showing for a higher layer so if it is showing prestige layer 2 you are still gaining prestige layer 1 points
A custom autobuy/buy option would be nice so we could set our own minimums which would make less options to cycle through and would allow for faster advancement
