When all you have is a hammer, everything starts to look like a... hamburger?
Solid gameplay, but highly repetitive minigames. More variety was needed. Maybe a bit more variety in the music as well. Overall, a solid if uninspired effort. 4/5
I won't lie and pretend this is my kind of game, but I have to say I am very impressed with the thought and effort put into this. I can clearly see that this is a game both very worth playing and technically very interesting. Great job! 5/5
The biggest problem with the game is that the hitbox doesn't entirely align with the animation. There were times, notably in the last level, wherein I was slightly inside a spiked ball but was safe because the hitbox alignment was a tad off, however I sometimes died for the same reason. Fix that, and maybe adjust the movement speed a tad (felt a bit anemic), and you'll have yourself a very solid platformer.
This has got to be one of the most half-assed, poorly thought through messes I have ever had the displeasure to experience! There is no progression, balance is completely whacked. Combat, while it seems interesting at first, is utterly borked. English was not these writers' first language, and no proofreading was done on the translated text, rendering it nigh-incomprehensible. Leveling is borked. Questing is borked. The menu interface is counterintuitive at best, and outright painful at worst. So... much... hate... 1/5, only because I can't give it a 0/5 and have it affect the average properly.
This game is awesome on a variety of levels. I haven't had this much fun with a flash game since the first Sonny (and in my opinion, this masterpiece surpasses even that). I can't wait for the next one!
This game really resonated with me. I liked the art style, the gameplay was both simple and complex, and I enjoyed the soundtrack. Despite its flaws, I had a great time. Gotta give this a 5/5.
I love the sound and the polygon-graphics. They remind me of the old SNES F/X chip days.
The controls... are really wonky. Sometimes they'll go unresponsive. The game itself is far too easy, and the final boss was a snoozefest with a predictable pattern.
There's a lot of potential here, but you have a long way to go before there's a really good game.
3/5
That was... unusual. I understand the need for the commentary. Hell, I agree with many of the points. Though I feel that the method for the commentary was a tad... hamhanded. 3/5.
Very colorful game. A tad too easy. Playing as the "secret" ship (not the Bubble Tank) broke the game somewhat, but I guess that's why it's the hard one to unlock. The most fun mode was neon mode, but I understand why that mode was not the main mode.
I seem to be caught in a glitch. I have all five party members, and yet, neither the in-game achievement nor the badge is registering.
Other than that, a fun little game. 4/5.
This game had so much potential, but seemed to drop the ball. Repetitive, wonky physics, and while the potential is awesome, the "specialists" are relegated to faces on a board. In addition, the level descriptions don't match up with the supposedly needed "specialists" at all.
