Though the idea is somewhat funny (even if a bit evil), the "AIDS spreader" is a wrong chosen name. AIDS is a sum of symptomes. It should have been called a HIV spreader. I know I know, no one cares :S
That speed power-up thing was so mean. Though I should have seen it coming. Also the level up is nicely ironic +2 attack +3 defense +0 speed... I hope my right arrow key will last long enough for this game :)
Diving in the well sometimes give you a minor amout of gold, or nothing happens or something bad happens (I can't remember what exactly, but nothing very interesting)
It gets AWfully boring around level 25. The game is more than repetitive, there is no story and you can't even by decent items at the shop (I scarcely ever find a good magic staff). That lucid dreamer badge is really an endurance one... :S I never going to gat that. Time for me to wake up from this nightmarish game.
