I've come back to play this game again and I just thought I'd say that it would be nice if it told you the minimum number of moves it takes to beat each level.
Level 9 is possible to beat; it only took me three tries to do it. It's all about timing. You can't let the acorn rest on the springs; you need to hit the acorn while it's still in the air.
For those who didn't know: nonograms = picross = griddlers = paint-by-numbers = Japanese crosswords = pick-a-box = logic square = CryptoPics. Depending on where you are from, it's called something different.
The unlock bug is due to the fact that when you retry some of the levels and beat them again, you get the max score rather than the difference between your old and new scores.
I've noticed some bugs. When you test a level and slide the ball into the goal, you get the "exit to main menu" achievement. Also, sometimes some of the unlocks become available even when you don't have enough points for them; then, later on, they will be locked again.
I just wanted to point out that besides there being a mute button on the title screen, there is also an option button at the bottom of all the levels (it looks like a bulleted list). In the options you can turn off both the music and sounds, plus you can change the games quality.
