I don't think level 3 is possible; not because it's hard, but because the monkey can't make it up the hill.
No no no level 3 is possible to accomplish! You should try level 5.

There needs to be a restart option so one can go back and collect all of the stars if they didn't the first time around.

There's a glitch on level 8. When I hit the first trampoline a second time, I bounce right through the walls.
@Gheata: When you are on the ceiling you need to press the key opposite to the direction you want. To go right you press left and vice versa.
