It would be cool to be able to customize the way the character behaves, there would be an options menu that had (for example) the tabs: Dungeon, Shopping, Quests. Dungeon we would be able to change the order of importance, so we could put Chests at the top, or Quest, or Battles. Battles we would be able to set the minimum number of battles per area. Shopping we would pick what type of equipment to upgrade first, and whether or not we would purchase spells. Quests we could specify what type of quests to pick first, such as Finding quests over Killing Monsters quests.
Either this game is too easy, or the mouse-guided lazers aren't ment to be used. I had 3 lazers at level 5 and I annihilated everything until I had enough to buy rows of lightning and a row of rockets.
This game would be AMAZING if it was more like a map, with NWSE rather than with just left and right. Also it would be helpful if the stats were more understandable. Instead of cryptic numbers you could put: for life "12sec" and for sight "5squares" and for speed "3 squares per second". Square means a section of land. I know this isn't finished yet, but I hope these tips will make it come off more polished. I can't WAIT to play the full game!!!
I like the upgrade system, although it would be easier if experience was gained relative to shots and not kills. I like the style, the towers seem to be made from the scrap I pick up, and that is need. The number of clicks required to make a tower seem a bit excessive. I look forward to a number two.
I agree with throne Zwei. The best strategy I found was sending all the enemies at once. Once you have upgraded your turrets a bit this becomes easier. make sure to start with a super tower.
to clear 17 you have to put a sloped block on top of the bridge. Put one block on the land, build a bridge, then put another block on the first block, then put slopes on both the block and bridge
Not all TD games are the same. If you think that you need to play more TD games... This one has a great upgrade system, you can replay levels to get more experience and get more levels. Once you max out the upgrades it might get a little boring...
