Ultimately, the lack of automation is killing this one for me. I really want to like it, but builders need to work on buildings and bots need to get built and upgrades need to be improved while I'm away.
I would appreciate a prestige upgrade that makes the level-end screen go by faster, early parts of restarts suffer from the end of level screen lasting longer than the level did.
As more things unlock, it gets harder to get crafting materials I actually need as dungeon/boss rewards. Gotta have those bronze and iron(?) rewards to get a meaningful amount...
ever considered queuing loot, or just not dropping loot if the previous set is still open (maybe add a "take none" button to clear them if you don't want any)? I can't even read the stuff in the early game, and several times something with two or three green numbers disappears as I click on it.
Thanks for the feedback! The core concept of the game is focused on rapid loot decisions so that wasn't really on the plate. As for handling the issues you mentioned there's a couple options. You can turn on slow mode to give you more time to decide, or if you don't want to do that, you can always hit left and right for a while which will prevent monsters from spawning. A bit clunky but the idea is to improve your decision speed over time.
@kanonnen9 behind each set of two numbers was a shape that relates to where you found the numbers at. For example, the square shape wants the numbers you found on the projector screen, while the round shape wants the numbers you found on the round table.
tried to click on the guy that appeared in the beginning, it skipped his dialogue. Restarted... opening crawl can't be skipped T_T. Also, I really wish time-sensitive quests wouldn't use stuff from the middle of incomplete series..
Heh, first? I mean, I helped test this but was too busy to get deep into it, it had potential ^_^ Barbasu's games are usually excellent, so I have high hopes.
It'd be great if people with certain event-and-or-time related upgrades could pin an ability that provides an ongoing benefit, like Resting, to not keep going away just because they're full of mana for a second. I'd love to leave my Rest ability going when I'm doing other things that consume resources.
@whazupbro - Focus is only available while you're training at least one Skill, it boosts skill experience specifically, so it's grayed out while it has no target.
The wrong thing is often highlighted by default on the sacrifice screen - jump was clearly highlighted, so I didn't press up or down, just enter, and lost my ability to walk right. This is causing me to have to restart levels unnecessarily rather often.
