Urban: Still see the green screen/loading bug. Reason 2.

Even when I clear cache and reset browser it does not go past the green screen. What is Reason 2?
It says it is "unable to connect to server. Reason [2]" What is Reason 2? Also, I continue to refresh and it still does not work.
