A DISCARD button would be awesome. I just played a game where I got stuck since I didn't have any units that used gold and I didn't get any iron or crystals. There was absolutely nothing I could do.
...I spent SO much time working toward being able to craft myself an awesome bow, and then suddenly, they just GIVE me a 4d8 bow after doing some story quests.
I'm pretty annoyed by that.
...Floor 14... it froze when I was fighting a trash mob... I could see my health moving and everything, I just couldn't see where the mobs were, or control anything. Awesome.
Yeah, if there was a save feature, on one hand, it might take some of the fun out of it, but on the other... I just wasted a LOT of time for nothing.
Also, this becomes entirely luck based at a certain point. I had intended to buy points, but after getting a little deeper into this game, I realize that there's simply no point. Activations go off left and right and you just hope yours go off on the right units.
If I wanted a luck based game, I would play online poker.
All these activations are ridiculous. And there's a lot of rock/paper/scissors mechanics going on, so if I don't have the exact counter to some guy's cards, I just won't win unless I get ridiculously lucky. Getting a little sick of getting pummeled by rockets just because one of my cards is a certain rep.
There is no way the percentages shown are correct. Wayyy too many of my people die on less than 10% missions on a frequent basis. Above that, forget it.
Never had a problem with this game before, but suddenly after I infect the very first village, it shows those steel shutters close... and then it freezes. :'(
The only thing I could find more awesome than the lightning dragon was the bird man tribe leader. His staff attack has nearly 0 cooldown. I destroy just about anything instantly, and if there were too many monsters or if a boss was too tough, I'd just hover right over their head and keep tapping my staff attack, and they'd die without being able to hit me.
@Doon Doon
Except for the fact that the achievements don't really give you crap for help? It's just a nice little plus. Why not make achievements actually USEFUL (if only slightly) in any sort of game?
The fact I have to wait for the countdown "3... 2... 1..." after I fail gets annoying when there's a perfectly good refresh button. Just let me click it before that countdown and things would get a lot less tedious.
