We have a base of operators who help customers after they’ve paid an amount to a bank account (Which is distributed evenly amongst employees). I’m looking for a webchat service that doesn’t use MySQL or Java. It needs to give each customer a one-off ID so that different customers don’t get thrown into the same chat as other customers. It’s fine if the operator is talking to more than one person at once, however.
