there seem to be people who dont know how to play the stock market. so allow me to explain how you can at least double your money with every trade. its simple really buy low, sell high, the key is patience. I consider stock that costs below 30 to be "good" for buying (most stocks will get down to 22-26 before going back up so shoot for the low 20s if possible) and stock above 60-70 to be "good" for selling (again the stock generally goes to high 70s or mid 80s before going back down) Now if you buy stock at 30 it WILL (generally within 3-5mins) rise above 60 allowing you, at the very least, to double your money. Now if you really want to get rich make sure you keep reinvesting the same money over and over again without spending any. think about it, with my method of at least doubling you money everytime if you started with a 1k investment after 10 good trades you would have AT LEAST over 1m (prbably much much more considering many of my trades x4 my money)
took me a little while to realize how good the stock exchange is, you dont even need buildings, you can AT LEAST double your money every single time and it usually takes about 3-5mins or less.. this makes pushing for extra coins before breaching sooo easy.. i almost feel like its too good, but either way its a great feature and i look forward to seeing it expanded
ive played nearly every idle game ive found on kongregate and i must say this is definitely one of, if not THE best idle game i can find... AND not even a week old, i really look forward to more updates and new features, this game has amazing potential!!
ggould178, could you do an experiment for me? We're trying to fix this bug, and I think I've got a weird solution. When you open Chrome (if you're using Chrome), when you try to open the AdVenture Capitalist window, let it run for a long time. And when Chrome says that Unity isn't responding would you like to close it, keep selecting no. I just ran into this issue on my home computer, and after letting it run for probably close to 75 seconds, the game started and is now working fine. I'm not sure if this will help yours, but I'm interested to find out if it does.
