I like this game. Compared to desktop tower defense, it seems better balanced. DTD had some challenges that were impossible to beat without juggling. I don't see juggling as "strategy"... just cheating. I like that this one doesn't make you juggle.
Eh, I don't really like this one. After watching 5 enemy soldiers walk right through a jeep (that has a .50 cal), and 2 other guys covering it, I realized how silly this is. 3/5
Really? Absolute? I thought it had more strategy than a lot of the strategy games on here! In any real time strategy game, it's about controlling the capital resources that generate the consumable resources. This game has all the basic strategy of any RTS, just with less fancy metaphors on top of it.
oh well I guess that makes sense. He should move 12 to be last because it's way way way harder than any other level (and not really in a fun way, more that it relies mostly on luck to win).
I agree with CrabMan... the game dynamic is kind of broken... If you divide, you die. There's not much strategy to it other than "get too big to be eaten, and wait for the enemy to divide".
If the scale was fractal, now that might be an interesting dynamic... i.e. microbes can get bigger forever and the camera just zooms out.
