Jaywalker do you know if this game even has the Kong API hooks needed for badges? It might not be kong's fault if the author doesn't care about adding it.
Multiplayer doesn't work in the newest flash, 9.0.224... you have to have 9.0.115 which has a serious security exploit and shouldn't run. And the author said he won't upgrade the game anymore. So basically this game is dead pretty soon unless you like pointless grinding.
Well, I don't like the idea of having to go out and collect power ups on the defense levels. What's the point of making a fortification if you have to be constantly running around outside of it? A devil hits you randomly and it's all over. It seems like it's more luck than anything.
I can't play this. The mouse seems backward. Why would I push forward to go up? If I'm flying something the mouse should be the other way, you pull back to nose up! I can't deal with this backward controls.
This game has some issues. I've never played a tower defense game where the towers MISS so much. Is this supposed to add some realism? The targeting AI is also exceedingly stupid, for example targeting balloons that they can't damage while ones they can damage are right there. There also isn't enough incremental upgrades. I often wind up wasting tons of money on road spikes trying to save up for the next thing. Of course that just makes saving for the thing even harder. Since there's no small upgrades, it's very easy to fall further and further behind, spiraling down wasting more and more money on spike while you are trying to save up that huge amount for the next tower or upgrade.
Little buggy... like on the seesaw if you stand on the box instead of going higher you go through the box when the see saw flips. Pretty challenging so far. It's hard to say whether some things are bugs or just me inadvertently changing history though.
Well mardek2 deserves to be in the top 5, but other than that one I think the rest rated high in here are overrated. Especially feudalism (UGH!) and Sonny. Sonny is ok but I don't understand why everyone thinks it's so great.
I love this game. The government mission is too short though. I started a new game so I could see what it's like if you do the evil way, and it's just one simple mission, and then the whole story is over. I find it hard to believe that all Raff needed to destroy the resistance was a taxi ride to Platz. Hehe... anyway I give this 6/5 if I could. The games in this category that are rated higher than it are crap compared to this one.
eh, not very smooth. For a 2d sidescroller snowboarder I'd expect a lot smoother gameplay. It's just clunky and hard to get speed going. You also can't see where you are going.
4627 longest putt, it took like an hour of playing with it though. Here's a hint I did it on the first pentaplanet level. Restart the course if the ball lands somewhere else so you have the same reference every shot. Hit it so it orbits the entire planetary system twice and then goes in. Easier said than done. One pixel is the difference between going out of bounds and orbiting once or twice.
Yeknomssa, no need to get snippy. I had read the regular documentation, which is pretty incomplete. They should really update that to include laser chains and the new weapons that you get later on.
