Good for the first bit; fails to understand exponential growth costs. Unless I missed a large part of the game, it falls off a cliff about the time everyone has a crush. Needs to code a 'tempo director'. Look for the description of the directory in Left For Dead for information.
Too many issues; tracks cost money if you build over the top of themselves; you set up a plan and then you wait while it runs... Not even a hint as to if you make money fast enough.

If seen from above, this would be a short routing game. Right now its walking walking walking walking from room to room.
Almost a good game, then you had the stupid key assignments. Want to be able to either reassign keys or make 'space' fire, or make 'space' next weapon. Any one of these would work.
The air power is too weak. The planes should fly faster. It would also be nice to have the planes continue to attack something, maybe allow the target to be designated before the plane has returned and refueled. Currently, it's like having tell the tank to shoot each time.
Cute them. Slow load every level. Picked Satan, found game had trouble handling special moves, just pound on 'Z' while moving towards enemy. Result: death to all opponents. Yawn.
Pretty Game. After a few levels it just about plays itself, it's so easy. Entire game is just sniggling mouse slightly left or right to avoid a hail of bullets. Kept putting me to sleep.
