Me: FULL GOD**** SAIL NORTH.
I'm surprised the crew sticks with a captain who buys nothing but loot upgrades.
I seem to have found a glitch. If you have any upgrades still locked, you can still get the weapon upgrade for it by buying the flag before. It switches to the locked upgrade and you can buy it. It shows up grayed out on the ship tab of the shop. Not really game-breaking, though.
